Using coordinated breath, movement, and mantra exercises, it ignites “kundalini” life force energy through the spine to strengthen the nervous system, maximize vitality, and promote mental clarity. Expect a series of postures that will invigorate and awaken you, followed by deep relaxation and meditation. Get ready to experience more of YOU! Cool, light colored clothing and head scarves encouraged.</p>
<p>Adriana is a kundalini yoga teacher, sound practitioner, and ceremonialist. She creates spaces for people to relax into their own inner harmony and access their true selves. She offers kundalini yoga and sound healing, events throughout the Bay Area.</p>
