<p class="" data-pm-slice="1 1 []">This 4-Week series is designed for and open to all graduates of “Meditation for Beginners Level 1”. In this series we will continue our exploration and practice of various forms of mindfulness and meditation. The form will be simliar to Level 1 however, new techniques such as mantra meditation, qigong walking meditation, and jouraling will be added to your meditation tool kit and plenty of time witll be provided to ensure you an opportunity to share your experiences and feel supported in your practice. We look forward to enrichening our contemplative practices together.</p>
<p class="">As always, at the end of each class, you will receive practical ways to apply these techniques to your every day life.</p>
