<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong Mums is our Physio-led Reformer class, for women who are <span style="color: #e03e2d;"><span style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>a minimum</em></span></span><span style="font-weight: bold;"> </span><strong>12 weeks postpartum. </strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: #e03e2d;">This class is designed to be a progression from our combined Pre & Postnatal Reformer class, and requires Physio approval to commence. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: #e03e2d;">You can't attend these classes if you are less than 12 weeks postpartum, and you cannot attend without approval from a bodyBEgood Physio. We don't accept clearance from other Physios/Pilates studios.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Even if you've had a Prenatal assessment during your pregnancy, you can't join Strong Mums classes without a Postnatal assessment <em style="font-weight: bold;">after</em> your baby is born. </span></p>
