In Tabata GX, be prepared to sweat and work hard but leave the class charged and exhilarated! We harness short-duration, high-intensity exercises in multiple ways. Each class uses various interval lengths that alter intensity: 3Hs (Hard, Harder, Hardest) intervals, Max intervals, and Mixed intervals. You will never be bored and the multiple timings and intensity will keep your body guessing. And to top it off, we include other activities in the workout that creates community, camaraderie, and connection.
