Join Sarah Jenness and David Sloves for an evening of relaxation and healing through the power of sound. Take a sonic journey within, guided by acoustic instruments from around the world including singing bowls, frame drum, Native American flute, handpan, harp, guitar, didgeridoo, wind chimes, voice and other relaxing sonic elements.
Sound therapy has been proven to calm the nervous system, reduce pain, clear the mind, improve sleep, create space for emotional processing, and much more. Be prepared for introspection, transformation and relaxation!
We open with brief introductions about our work- the science of yoga and sound healing. We then lead a guided, grounding meditation and breathing exercises, followed by the sound journey.
We leave time at the end for closure and optional sharing.
