<div class="o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql"><strong>Do I have to go barefoot?</strong> Shoes are not worn in yoga, but if you are not comfortable in bare feet, there are special yoga socks you can purchase at the studio that will prevent slipping. Regular socks are not recommended as slipping in some poses may occur.</div>

<div class="o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql"><strong>Do I need a yoga mat?</strong> Nope. We have them. But if you are going to stick with yoga we recommend getting your own to reduce germ exposure. We sell them at the studio, so ask your teacher which one they recommend.</div>
