Deep is a form of Buti yoga that is intentionally designed to help form and enhance a connection between the brain and body using micro-movements and through building muscle memory. This class is low-impact (unlike our high intensity 6 pm Buti class) but can assist in helping you build and stabalize your core.
This class supports injury prevention and may assist in recovery. The class structure includes self-massage and pressure point activation to help release tension. This class is great for all levels, including beginners!
