<p class="p1"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">And what about those things called Mantra your read about in the magazines?</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">In this workshop you will explore:</span></p>

<li class="li1"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">the most common mudras and how to use them in your daily life to do things like lower stress, remember things, and even change your state.</span></li>
<li class="li1"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">why and how males are used by different cultures and how they can be used in your everyday life to bring awareness back to your intention</span></li>
<li class="li1"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">why and how to use mantra to focus your thoughts towards the actions that will move you towards your goals and elevate your mood</span></li>

<p class="p1"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This workshop is discussion focused with some experiential movement. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your mat, journal, and water.</span></p>
