<p>I-Align is our Iyengar Yoga class. Iyengar Yoga is form of yoga that emphasizes the precision and detail of alignment. Expect to use the wall, lots of props and move slowly and deliberately. A great practice to deepen your understanding of the postures and create a strong awareness of your own body.</p>
<p>This class is taught by Cathy Taylor, a certified Iyengar teacher.</p>
