An exciting blend of a Pilates based class utilizing the benefits of the Aerial silks hammock. Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. In this class, we tone & stretch every major muscle group, without any high impact or stress on the body— performing these exercises in cohesion with the Aerial hammock provides further challenge + fun! This Aerial class will not include inversions. Beginners of Yoga, Pilates + Aerial are all welcome!
