<p>The teacher shares a wealth of information during this class and will help you work within a range of motion that is safe and effective! You will learn how to work with yoga props and modify poses to get the full benefit.</p>
<p>You will get familiar with technique and learn how to use your breath to hold your poses longer. This class is beneficial for anyone wanting to learn more about refinement regardless of experience. We recommend this class to all new students to kickstart their yoga experience with a fully guided practice that integrates the core of this 5000 year old practice!</p>
