The Vayus are known as the five movements or functions of prana - life force energy - in the body. These five vayus govern different areas of the body and different physical and subtle activities and understanding where and how they work can open up a whole world for your Asana, Pranayama and Meditation practices.
• Join Nikki for this 90 minute Vinyasa Flow class designed to calm and ground through forward folds and twists. In this class we will be working with Apana Vayu, Samana Vayu as well as Udana Vayu so expect lots of movement and breath during the Vinyasa practice as well as some powerful long held postures, some Pranayama and Meditation.
