In this class you will experience the integration of 2
complementary forces, the yin (passive) and yang (active), to
cultivate ease in stillness and fluidity in movement.
The class will start with gentle, long held floor poses and
guided breathing to detoxify the body & calm the mind. These
yin postures allow the body to open slowly by getting into deeper
connective tissues first. The class moves into a gentle vinyasa
(flow) style practice, and returns to yin poses before closing with
a relaxing savasana & final meditation. This class is available
for any level of practitioner.
