The Final Pose in Yoga could be the most
important!
Savasana is often considered one of the most challenging poses in yoga. Many of us are simply not lying flat when lying on our backs and coming to stillness can
bring a sudden awareness of an active mind.
When done mindfully, Savasana ALLOWS the body to absorb the full effects of your yoga practice.
Learn how to set the conditions, unique to you, for a Savasana that encourages full integration, deep relaxation, healing, and homeostasis.

In this workshop you will learn;
• How to trigger the Relaxation Response, a neurological shift from the sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system, which brings the body toward a state of rest and healing,
• Discover how minor adjustments to your Savasana with props can encourage a healthy Psoas expression ~ encouraging feelings of groundedness, centeredness, self reliance, an opening up and being in one’s own power.
• Learn breathing techniques to activate vagus nerve stimulation and increase Heart Rate Variability (HRV), thereby providing the opportunity to relax or re-energize depending on what is needed to feel “just right”.
Each participate will go home with their own set of Mindfulness Hand Pillows!
