<p>A uniquely individual ride within a group setting. Each class is based on providing <strong>motivation to move</strong>, whether it's fast & furious or slow & controlled and/or a wild combination of each. Each class is like a box of chocolates; you never know what you're going to get. Each class is designed to build strength and increase cardiovascular endurance at each participants pace, finding internal and external benefits for the mind and body! Participants will find the power within themselves and also find movitation and encouragement from others. Each ride is approximately one hour in length. It's fun, energetic, relaxing, powerful, explosive and calming all cycled up in one class! Don't think you can do it? Don't underestimate yourself.... It's just like riding a bike (or maybe even easier!)</p>
<p>***NOTE*** Please bring a water bottle and towel, and wear athletic shoes or cycling shoes with SPD clips.</p>
