Attend our 2 day Intro to Stick Mobility Workshop on:

Monday Dec. 2nd: 8-9:30 pm
Wednesday Dec. 4th: 8-8:45 pm

Why two days? You'll feel a noticable difference after a few sessions!

Stick Mobility is a training system that allows each person to become stronger and more flexible in a non-intense and non-intimidating way.

In this workshop you will reduce everyday aches and pains and eliminate tension and stress within the body.

Stick Mobility is great for athletes and those who strength train to balance strength and performance with stretching and mobility, for those with injuries to reduce pain and regain full movement, and is the perfect way for those who are inactive to build strength and begin exercising in a safe and friendly manner.

You are not too unfit, out of shape, uncoordinated to give it a try!

What others are saying....

Out of Shape?
- "I can do this class even though I am a lot over weight. This class should be marketed to get people to come to a gym and not feel over whelmed. It is a gentle way to get people moving who are over weight or sedentary. I love this class and will continue to attend."

Athlete or Gym Goer?
- I've never been very flexible, so I notice a huge difference - especially in my shoulders and hips. I am actually much stronger because I move better. I really notice it in my training if I miss a week or two of mobility.

Injured?
- I was frustrated because I felt like I wasn't able to do anything. Stick mobility helped me recover faster and to still strengthen without actually "exercising". It reduced my pain and got me back to my everyday life much faster.

The workshop will take place over two days to help you decrease pain, increase mobility, and show you how good your body feels with some stretching.
