<div>This is a class for guys wanting to pack on muscle and/or strength and for the ladies that want to have a beautifully toned physique.
<p>Survival Strength is a more intense approach to lifting vs. our HIIT class; Focusing more on power and strength and less on cardiovascular training. This class teaches you training disciplines from powerlifting, bodybuilding, functional training and focuses on proper lifting form!</p>
<p>The group setting provides extra motivation while lifting and has the safety of training with a Certified Personal Trainer.</p>
