<p>Hatha-inspired traditional yoga class. Starting with the breath, getting to the feet for classical Sun A, Sun B, and Sun C to warm up for grounding, standing posture work. 50 minutes of asana followed by 25 minutes of meditation. This class is new and unique in that every week, the teacher will work from a book during meditation, allowing for every week to build on top of the previous, over time cultivating a strong support for a steady meditation practice. This class is catered to those who want to go deeper with their mindfulness practice.</p>
