<p>Join 200hour Certified Yoga Teacher and Founder of Gentle Parenting, Kristen MacNeil, for a special series for expectant and new moms. The class will be yoga based, but will build on itself, exploring a new theme each week and reviewing what you've already learned.</p>
<p>The class will also ionclude a time for community building, socializing with other people going through what you have and time for some individualized Q &A with Kristen.</p>
<p>Each session in the 4 week series will run from 7:15-8:30, and will include a 45 minute yoga class and a half hour for socializing and individual support. </p>
<p>Classes will be held on January 18th, February 1st, February 15th, and February 29th.</p>
