All Level Yoga is an open format class in which students are
expected to have the ability to pace themselves, while at the same
time find inspiration from the options presented by the instructor.
The style of yoga practiced in All Level Yoga is dependent on the
instructor's training and yoga studies. Each All Level Yoga class
presents a unique opportunity to learn about the many differences
as well as similarities between various schools of yoga. It is
expected that students have enough experience with yoga to
understand their personal strengths and weaknesses.
