<div>This weekend workshop and training will provide an overview of breathwork (pranayama), meditation and basic asanas so that you can cultivate a home practice. You will learn breathing techniques that can be applied to your daily life for calming, energizing, and cleansing. A variety of meditation techniques will be covered and experienced so you can find what works best for you. Finally, a basic overview of some foundational yoga poses (asana’s) will be shared to incorporate into your home practice.
<p>This experiential workshop will assist you in understanding the benefits of a regular asana, pranayama, and meditation practice. Learning how to incorporate these practices into your daily life can help you achieve greater life balance and overall well being.</p>
<p>CEU’s available for yoga teachers. Certificate of completion will be provided for those in attendance.</p>
