Learn the basic functions of the body as well as proper alignment of our bones, how the muscles work and are interrelated to the joints, ligaments, and tendons, as well as the movements of the body.
Through experimentation of the asanas and a breakdown of the poses, you will learn how the body works to structurally (anatomically) and energetically sustain positions. Learn how the brain utilizes neurotransmitters to speak to the organs, muscles, and other parts of the body in order to function.

This training provides a wonderful overview for yoga practitioners, yoga teachers, or anyone wanting to learn more about the physical body.
CEU’s will be available for yoga teachers. A Certificate of completion will be provided.
