This is an ancient yogic practice often referred to as ‘yogic sleep’ or the ‘sleep of sages’ but we practice with the intention of remaining awake and aware. The power of Sankalpa will be integrated into the practice manifesting your own personal intention. A Sankalpa (sanskrit meaning ‘intention’) is a tool meant to harness the <strong>will </strong>helping to harmonize mind and body and planting the seeds for your ‘hearts desire’.</span></div>
