<p>6 Week Post Natal course that will cover pelvic floor health following the birth of your baby, education around building back strength, pelvic floor strengthening exercises to do at home, your abdominal's and what happens to those during and after pregnancy, posture and returning to exercise.</p>
<p>Included in the sessions will also be exercise's performed on the reformer, with the aim to get you ready to potentially move to a reformer class, to continue on your post natal excersise journey.</p>
<p>We will also have a beautiful 45 min meditation session with Carly Murdoch. </p>
