<div>Please join us for this chair yoga workshop which will introduce creative postures into any new or experienced yogi’s practice. This gentle practice will utilize the support of a chair, the wall and other traditional yoga props in standing and seated positions. The use of the chair will help increase balance and stamina in standing poses and help promote relaxation and mindfulness in any setting from your office, home, or airport terminal! </div>

<div>- Yogis with desk jobs who want to fit in a ‘yoga break’ during the workday.<br />- Yogis with limited mobility, or who want to start off slowly.<br />- Yogis looking for new ways to practice.</div>
