<p>If you have a new baby, not only are you adapting to massive life changes, you are also trying to navigate this unchartered world in your <em>new body</em>. To say the postpartum period is a trying time is quite the understatement! It feels impossible to find time to exercise with new priorities and another schedule to juggle. This class invites new Mommas to come together <em>WITH their babies</em> in a judgement free, super supportive environment to enjoy each other's company while healing their bodies through the power of movement! We will break the class into sections so that you can do what works for you depending on your baby's mood. We will explore ways to interact with your baby as you move as well as exercises that will help you counter the posture that comes from sitting and nursing. Cheers to bouncing <strong>FORWARD</strong>, not bouncing back!!!</p>
