Kripalu Yoga connects the mind, body and spirit with the practice of breathing techniques. physical postures and meditation. Her classes are designed to develop connection of body, mind and spirit and to awaken compassion and non judgmental awareness. You will be guided and encouraged to listen to your body's own inner wisdom. She provides a safe and supportive environment in which to build and strengthen your practice of yoga. Her goal in teaching Kripalu Yoga is to empower students to reach their full potential and to connect to joy which is our true nature. <br /><br />Diane is currently working towards her 1000 hour Kripalu certification. She has studied with Devarshi Steven Hartman, Jashoda Edmunds, Sudhir Jonathan Foust, Coby Kozlowski, Sudha Carolyn Lundeen, Yoganand Michael Carol, Brahmani Liebman, Jurian Hughes, Bhavani Lorraine Nelson, Michelle Dalbec.
