As we move further into our self-care journey we begin focusing on
the nourishment that supports growth and health within the
sacredness of our bodies. Becoming conscious of the foods we eat
are critical to our personal fulfillment and the vibrational
frequency we radiate into the universe and ultimately its impact on
the synergies of life for both present and future societies. During
this 3rd session we will transmute the self-care skills from
session 1 and 2 into physical power so we have the proper energy,
bodily composition and motivation to move forward in leading a life
of purpose and fulfillment!
