Wanda is bringing 25 years of anatomy education and training experience to this first time workshop. We will explore the anatomy of "YOUR" <span class="il">hips</span>, the use of props to help mobility, injury prevention, and step outside of the box of traditional yoga postures with usable tools for your future. The will be hands on adjustment/alignment to allow students to "feel & see" each posture. We will sweat, we will explore, we will surrender.</span></div>
