In this workshop, I will take you through an
Anxiety calming sequence.
Restorative Yoga
poses require no muscular exertion; each pose is held for several
minutes and deeply supported by props – blankets, bolsters, and
blocks. Students leave feeling nourished, well rested, and
refreshed. No yoga experience is needed and all levels are
welcome.
There will be guided
breathwork, yoga nidra practice, sound healing with crystal singing
bowls and loads of blankets and support.
