You have the ability to live in emotional balance. What's
more, it is your birthright!! Yet life can get in the way. Chronic
stress, multitasking, the pressure to have it all, and a value
system that emphasizes achievement over self-care making an
emotional imbalance on a continuum of anxiety on one end and
depression on the other. Where on that continuum does your mind
lie? Where would your body be? Let's spend some time working on
bringing ourselves into more of a balance and allowing that to be
our very own human experience. We will work on meditation,
breathing exercises, breath focused movement and postures,
restorative postures, and more to bring your body back into
emotional balance.
