This 10-hour workshop will include description and practice of pranayama techniques, information on how pranayama affects physiology, and potential energetic effects of pranayama practices (panchamaya model, chakras, nadis, gunas). This workshop will include lecture, group work, and guided practice. It is open to anyone who is interested in developing their breath capacity or teaching breath techniques. 10 Yoga Alliance CEUs will be available for participation in both days of training.</span></p>
