In this free form practice we'll again work on some of the poses from Primary series and see how the practice gives us the building blocks to enter 2nd series. Second series is a continuation of the 1st series with the introduction to animal poses, some poses dedicated to sages and an emphasis on twists and backbends. We might also see some poses from the 3rd series, 4th series and beyond. Don't be nervous about the numbers, the 1st series is a springboard to help us prepare for the rest. All levels are welcome.
