Having awareness of the chakras will help you recognize your life imbalances and gain tools on how to realign yourself with your highest potential. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Kerry leads a strong vinyasa flow class based on the teachings of Baptiste Power Yoga, weaving in mantras, mudras and breath-work. Kerry is a registered Kundalini Yoga teacher and over the years has studied many modalities in the health and wellness arena. </span></p>
