Embark on a meditative exploration of self as we move and breathe together. We focus on the ever-deepening process of listening to our Self to determine what we need, how we want to move, and what best serves us. Cultivating holistic body and energy awareness, we probe the boundaries of our comfort zone and seek to gently expand them. Modifications and energetic assists are conscientiously offered.
