<p>Come experience an evening of grounding, growth, and renewed energy. The night will include an extended yin practice, crystal bowls, and 30 minutes of deep iRest Yoga Nidra practice. Leave renewed, relaxed, and restored.</p>
<p>About iRest Yoga Nidra:</p>
<p>Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation technique based on the biology of your own body. Meaning “yogic sleep,” just one hour of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as 4 hours of REM sleep. iRest is an evidence-based transformative practice that leads to psychological, physical, and spiritual healing and well-being. Miriam is a certified Level One iRest practitioner.</p>
