<p>HOW TO FOAM ROLL WORKSHOP <br />Back by popular demand with an extra kick! Join us Monday November 11, 630pm-8pm at the studio.<br />.<br />Come learn about how to incorporate the foam roller for an ab workout AND as a tool to massage your body. We will start off with some gentle stretches, and then quickly jump into working those abs with the roller. After the foam roller abs workout we will roll things out on the roller. You will learn how and when to use the roller to release tension in connective tissue that may keep you feeling tight during the day. All participants will also be gifted with an essential oil bottle roller that will offer your body the best support when foam rolling. How’s that for a Monday? Pretty blissful, right? Limited spots!
