<p>This AERIAL/Mat class is a wonderful compliment to a more vigorous yoga practice, running, cycling, or other more active pursuits. We will focus on deep relaxation through a series of stationary supported poses, guided relaxation, yogic breathing and an extended savasana. Through longer holds in various postures, students will have the opportunity to observe sensations in the body and the breath while reducing stress levels. This is a wonderful practice for the end of a hectic work week. This is a compliment to using the mat. Students silks are low to the ground. Silks are used and the tool to help support poses akin to Yin practice. Ages 16+</p>
