<p><strong>Small Group Training offers Personalized Training in an affordable group session, along with benefitting from the energy of a group. Arlene (certified Personal Trainer) will provide a wide range of strength exercises, with dumbbells, stability balls, bands, and ropes. Posture and stabilization exercises will also be incorporated with bursts of cardio. Focus will be on technique, increasing strength, balance, and coordination. Consider this a Personal Training session with your friends! Each training session includes:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>A weekly follow up email from your trainer with the workout of the week</strong></li>
<li><strong>Collective goal setting</strong></li>
<li><strong>Maximum 8 in a class. </strong></li>
</ul>
<p>NOTE: Payment Information when registering: You will have the option “to pay online” (if paying by credit card) or “pay in person when I visit” (if paying by etransfer and cheque). Choose the correct option based on your payment choice. Each class is $12.00 when you buy the full session. See instructions below for cheque & e-transfer.</p>
<p><strong>Location is Mount Albert Legion Hall. Please bring a yoga mat and water. There are 9 classes. Please note that the February 8th class is moved to the Mount Albert Community Centre. Early BIRD pricing is offered until midnight January 3, 2020. All registrations MUST be paid in full by that time in order to qualify for the lower price. All payments must be received prior to the class start date. IF PAYING BY E-TRANSFER OR CHEQUE, PLEASE ENSURE TO ADD THE 13% HST TO THE CLASS PRICE. THANK YOU</strong></p>
