<p>Join us in some gentle movement before we wind down into yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra means “yogic sleep” and is a form of deep relaxation that makes you feel like you’ve had hours of sleep!<span class="Apple-converted-space"> <br /></span></p>
<p>As you relax in savasana, allow yourself to feel like a kid again as you listen to a classic Christmas story. Please feel free to wear your holiday themed pajamas to class!</p>
