<div>I know the holidays are the hardest time for people to stay on track with their fitness journeys. I wanted to do something to help change that. This year we are having our first ever Holiday Mini Camp. It begins right after Thanksgiving and ends before Christmas. </div>
<div><br />This camp is for all fitness levels: whether you are right off the couch or training for athletic event.</div>

<div>The camp times are 5AM, 7AM, and 6PM and are all one hour sessions.</div>
