Why not make it even more fun and do it with a partner?
Partner yoga creates a fun way to improve flexibility, strength,
and balance with a friend! We will start with a light warm-up so
that the muscles can open and release safely. Then we will partner
up to use the contact and weight of another person to support a
deeper opening and relaxation than we are unable achieve while
stretching on our own. Partner Stretching uses gravity, resistance,
and breath awareness to achieve the maximum range of flexibility.
We will also learn some fun condition exercises and drills with a
partner to build strength TOGETHER! Pair up with another person in
the workshop or bring a buddy along with you.
