Kick off the new year with a
sweaty workout, where yoga meets circuit training. Stronger is a
high-intensity fitness workout designed to burn fat, build strength
and improve cardio endurance, using your bodyweight. All strength
building movements are yoga poses or yoga transitions and will be
done barefoot on your mat with a focus on alignment and
breath.
The workshop will consist of 30
minutes of yoga, 30 minutes of strength training circuits and a 30
minute cool down. Stronger is designed to be fun, challenging,
sweaty and accessible for everyone with regressions and
progressions throughout.
