<p>This hatha yoga class will systematically relax the body through a series of gentle postures, with a focus on the breath. The postures will both cultivate a sense of release through the body and the mind, and create a sense of spaciousness. This works on the subtle, physciological level to prepare Your whole being.</p>
<p>In the past, we have spent about half the class in guided meditation, and there will be portions of that interlaced throughout. New this year will be the guidance of Yoga Nidra into the session, which works with sankalpa (intention) to create an embodied sense of well-being and accomplishment. We will invite communion with our innermost heart, for the highest good of ourselves, and the highest good of all.</p>
