<p>We will guide you thru a moderate-paced flow of changing postures working on a range of balance and strength. We will focus on controling your breathe as we move thru our Vinyasa (Vin). The last half of class will move us into Yin postures for a range of deep stretches and tension release. Yin postures allow us time for self-meditation. Come to be challenged!</p>
