This Yoga Class is accessible for every body: Young, Old, Tall, Short, Thin, Stout, Bendy, Stiff.
This in-person, beginner-friendly, Iyengar Yoga class, we will practice Asanas, or postures. Each pose is typicall held for 3-5 breaths and then we return to our base pose. We will focus on our alignment using props as needed. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to use what you learn in class on a daily basis at home for best results. Advanced yogis are welcome and invited to focus on different aspects of each pose to change your perspective and increase the challenge level. We will end with a relaxation or restorative posture and meditation.
