<div>During this class we take the time to slow down and make space for stillness while nourishing joints, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Yin is Yoga at its stillest moments. This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props as needed to create the littlest effort required to hold each pose. Each pose is held for 2-5 minutes to allow joints and fascia to deeply release. Surrender to gravity with the deep, calming practice of Yin Yoga. This class is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.</div>
