The Starter Class is a beginner class for students who are starting their Kung Fu journey at the TWKFA. Students will gain the benefits of training in Kung Fu early on with a work out that promotes focus and concentration with interesting and meaningful movements and exercises. Choy Lay Fut, the style of Kung Fu taught, has many circular and flowing techniques that help the body gain agility, flexibility, coordination, while toning and improving cardio-vascular health. Fundamental skills that include kicks, blocks, punches, and stances help students build strength and stamina. Students are also introduced to Self-Defense applications. The Starter Class is energetic and interesting and yet eases students of all ages into the classic Kung Fu techniques and self-defense skills.
