In the Fundamentals of Pilates class, you will be expected to: 

-Maintain a stable pelvic position during open chain, closed or semi-closed chain exercises

-Stabilize shoulders during upper body movement

-Recognize the basic 10+ exercises by name

-Set up the equipment and springs

-Move in flexion, extension, lateral flexion and rotation 


Special Instructions

Current students in this class may register beginning the 1st of the month through the 15th.  New students may register for the month starting the 16th.
