In this fluid and fun class, we will explore a variety of standing, seated and balancing poses, gradually building them all together to create a wonderful flow sequence. Each class will have a special theme and funky music to keep our energy levels up. Towards to end of class we will really slow things down and end with a guided meditation or visualization.
Primary Class Objectives:
- Begin to understand the proper and safe alignment in our yoga poses.
- Explore standing, seated and balancing poses and learn about where they fit in a flow sequence.
- Improve balance, strength and coordination.
- Try new things and begin to understand the concept of “yoga practice” and not “yoga perfect”.
- Have fun and connect with peers in a supportive and caring environment!
